Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD) Proposing an                                
amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska limiting the              
rights and protections of prisoners to those required under the                
Constitution of the United States, be taken up.

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD) was before the Senate                       
on reconsideration.                                                            
                                                                               
Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be held to the April 16 calendar.  Senator Duncan                   
objected, then withdrew his objection.   There being no further                
objections, it was so ordered.
